What is a Life Puzzle?

Life Puzzle is a framework for building your whole life. Life Puzzle is a simple way to look at the big picture of your life and then break it down into manageable parts that you can work on.

Life Puzzle evolved from my clients, people just like you who were generally successful based on the current model of success—job, house, spouse, cars, kids and stuff—but were wondering why, after all that effort, they didn't feel happier or more satisfied in their SELF, relationships, work, etc. I realized that the picture of success we were given would never satisfy us. I created the Life Puzzle to address this need and thus Life Puzzle emerged to provide a new model: Wholeness.

I've given presentations on the Life Puzzle all across this country. Time and again I hear from people who say "If I had been taught this as a child I would have created my life completely differently." Does this mean they wouldn't have gotten a job, or had children, or bought a house? No, but it means they would have had a broader picture of what a happy, successful life would be. Instead of putting all their focus on the externals, they would have realized that real happiness comes from within. 

I want you to know about Life Puzzle because I believe that it will give you a life-long model from which to design your life and create true success: wholeness from within. Then you can share this with your children, your spouse, your friends, and maybe one day our model for success will no longer be about accumulating mass quantities of things but instead about growing whole lives!

Life Puzzle isn't a quick fix promising a new you in a few short weeks. It's a foundation model from which to grow your life...for a lifetime. Piece by piece, to create peace!

The Life Puzzle would be it!  Yes, it would because it covers all the areas of your life--strong, healthy boundaries and core areas that reflect the choices you need to make in your life. Another way of looking at these 16 core areas and 5 edges--see them as the "Table of contents" of the instruction manual for your life.  Each is a unique and important chapter. You need each of them to make the whole book.

Here at Life Puzzle…it's all about helping you learn the information you need in the 16 core areas, 5 edges that create the SELF so you can put together a really wonderful life. Whether you choose to take an online class, do online, one-to-one counseling with Ann, read the book, Life Puzzle…putting the pieces together, or simply check the blog regularly, you’ll find lots of great ways you can take action! There's nothing better in life than taking proactive steps to build a whole and dynamic Life!

I know, you thought you were going to get this at school….

 
Every time I present the Life Puzzle model to groups, organizations, social service agencies, etc., inevitably someone asks, “Why wasn’t I taught this in school?”   There's no simple answer to this because schools are a very complex system and in their defense, schools are often expected to do everything in our society--and that's simply not fair either. 

But, now, when our world economy is an information/service economy and the greatest asset for any company is to have employees who are fully-developed human beings--using the Life Puzzle model as a framework within the academic setting would prove very beneficial.  We could weave Life Puzzle learning through many of the academic classes, making the curriculum come alive.   

But for now, Life Puzzle isn't in the school system--so you will have to teach your SELF. Lots of great information available here at this website--its up to you to take action!
