We all feel and think. Heck, as soon as we come out of the womb it's apparent we have feelings about that! But there's a difference between reactive feelings and conscious feelings. Consciously knowing what you're feeling and making proactive choices to manage them is actually a skill you have to learn. Babies don't have that skill, waaaaaahhhhhhh!
In this course, you'll learn how the brain develops throughout your childhood, enabling the feeling and thinking areas of your brain to begin to communicate with each other. This is necessary if you're going to proactively manage your life.
You'll also see that there are lots of events in one's childhood that can disrupt this process and you end up creating feeling/thinking patterns that get you through the immediate experience but aren't necessarily the best option for making one's Life Puzzle . We'll explore how to undo these childhood developed feeling/thinking patterns and get your adult feeling/thinking flow back on track! This gives you the capacity to know what you're feeling and then make great choices for your life. This allows you to finish building your Emotional/Thinking edges and a strong SELF.
